Wholesale Cashew Exchange Policy | Cashews.PH

Cashews.PH sources exclusively from ISO 22000:2018 and BRC-certified processors. Every order is inspected prior to dispatch. Where defective product exceeds accepted industry tolerance, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer product exchange for orders where defective kernels exceed the accepted international trade tolerance for the grade supplied. Defective content of 3--5% by weight is within normal industry tolerance and does not qualify for exchange.

If defective content exceeds 5% by weight, we will replace the affected portion of your order. We do not offer cash refunds. Exchange only.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

What to Include in Your Claim

  • Your order reference number

  • Photos of the affected product and packaging

  • An estimated weight of defective product

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this policy:
 

  • Defective content within the accepted 3-5% tolerance range

  • Product damaged due to storage or handling outside recommended conditions after delivery (cool, dry, sealed environment)

  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery date
